Using phpBB? The Must-Have Mods
Lately I have been creating many forums for various other sites of mine and needed various mod add ons to make sure the forum was successful. These are the add ons ANY forum should have, whether its about gaming, coding, or politics.
GYM Sitemaps :: Google Yahoo MSN Sitemaps
This is a great script that creates a sitemap compatible with Google, Yahoo and MSN and works on both your forum and the rest of your site as well (if installed correctly)
Dynamic Meta Tags
Creates new meta tags for every page of your forum based upon the content of the forum.
Advance Mod Rewrite
By far my favorite and probably what makes this the most must have mod for phpBB. It turns domain.com/viewtopic.php?id=225 into domain.com/title-of-the-topic/. This is a HUGE plus for SEO
